In class we made sushi and
we almost won be Ms Henderson could not decide.
To create a dish using rise.
This is the feed back from the Principle of my school " looked good tasty Delicious and the presentation was excellent."  
Ingredients
Rice
Tuna
Seaweed  hot sauce (optional)
Sushi powder

This week we are making sushi
What we are bringing
Joseph sushi brought sushi seasoning and a sushi roll, tuna sour cream, some more seaweed for wrapping cumber.   
Jaydon has brought the avocado to put in the sushi
Riley has brought tuna and chicken  
Instructions
1 Cook a bag of 500g of rice in a 600ml pot of water.
2 Mix the cooked rice with sushi powder
r in a shallow tray.
3 Place a sheet of seaweed on a bamboo mat.
4 Spread the rice evenly on the seaweed sheet leaving about 2cm at  the top and 0.5cm at the bottom.
5 Place the fresh ingredients in the center of the rice.
6 Rap and roll the seaweed with the mat.
7 Cut into even pieces about 8 to 10 pieces.
8 Dip lightly in ( sashimi / soy sauce ) mixed with wasabi.
